OPERATIONS MANAGER / SITEMANAGER

Nortons Hiab Services, incorporating Nortons Cabins has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team based in Manchester.

Duties include but are not restricted to; experience preferred but not essential

Transport operations

Hiab operations

Site visit duties for planning

Production of lift plans including RAMS

Overseeing jobs start to finish

Liaise with Senior Management

Portable cabins & container knowledge

Construction Industry knowledge

 

Health & Safety Qualification would be preferred, however full training will be given.

Desirable Criteria:

Good working knowledge of the transport industry

Strong people management skills

Health and safety conscious

Results driven – desire to succeed

Adaptable, flexible, change-maker, continuous improvement

Great communication and organisational skills

Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks

 

Normal hours for the role are Monday-Friday however some weekend work may be required
